Tops the charts for integrity
Justin tops the charts for integrity, work ethic, thoroughness and persistence. My husband and I worked intensively with him for several months as we searched for our “forever” house. Justin not only worked hard to “get us,” in terms of figuring out our style, taste and living requirements; he also stuck around when the going got tough. He kept in touch with our mortgage broker, came along on the inspections and closing and did a fair bit of attic and basement crawling. He is knowledgeable about HVAC, electricity, plumbing, legalities, etc. He really looked out for us and for our best interests. He also saved us money — his negotiating skills were highly effective. I would give him 10 stars if I could — on top of everything else he is a friendly, pleasant and fun person with a great sense of humor, which helps during the stressful moments.
